A taste of Argentina (evening)

This evening, you will gain an exciting insight into Argentinian food culture and traditions, while meeting new people from all over the world.

When you arrive at the restaurant, you will be asked to put on a silly chef’s hat. Why is that, you wonder? Because then everyone looks just as silly, and the evening kicks off with a smile on everyone’s lips.

You can look forward to a fascinating introduction to Argentinian food culture and, of course, taste the world famous steaks and excellent wines, seasoned with a host of other Argentinian culinary traditions.

You will learn the art of making ‘empañadas’ – the delicious little snacks with a meat or vegetable filling sold on every street corner in Argentina. You will also make your own ‘alfajores’, which is an Argentinian dessert made with delicious dulce de leche cream. The evening rounds of with a ‘mate’, the beloved tea of the Argentinians, which you will see them drinking everywhere you go in the country.

It is not a cookery class you will be attending, but more of an interactive evening during which you also get to try the techniques yourself.

Your host will make sure you are spoilt and have a great evening. A fantastic concept that we highly recommend.
