Ovolo Laneways is located in one of the small laneways in central Melbourne, and one of the things we love most about the hotel is that it is both faithful to the raw walls of street art outside and it is a first class hotel with all that entails.

The hotel has 42 rooms decorated in relatively neutral colours and a subdued style with a suitable splash of “urban wildlife”, so that it’s neither boring nor impersonal. All rooms have a free minibar, snacks, tea and coffee making facilities, Apple TV and free Wi-Fi.

A free laundry is available at the hotel. There is no gym or pool here, but there is a gym around the corner which you can use free of charge. Ovolo doesn’t have a restaurant, but you’re surrounded by some of Australia’s best restaurants here. Feel free to ask at the reception if you need recommendations! They’ll also help with reservations.
