Cyclo adventure on the streets of Phnom Penh
On this excursion, an amazing experience awaits you on cyclo, where you experience some of Phnom Penh’s classic sights as well as more hidden gems.
In the afternoon, you meet at one of the city’s best bakeries, Papa Pain, where you’ll be greeted by your guide and the day’s experienced cyclo driver, who will take you on a nostalgic and relaxed journey through the streets of the city.
On the tour, you’ll explore some of Phnom Penh’s most iconic landmarks, including the historic Wat Phnom Temple, which is one of the city’s most important cultural symbols. The tour also passes by the impressive Independence Monument, which is the symbol of Cambodia’s freedom and national pride.
You will also be taken to hidden gems like local markets, where you can experience the vibrant life and colourful stalls, as well as small food outlets where you can taste authentic Cambodian snacks.
The last stop of the tour is at the beautiful Botumvatey Pagoda, a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Here, you can relax and reflect on the day’s experiences. Throughout the day, your guide will share fascinating stories about Cambodia’s history, culture and daily life, giving you a deeper understanding of the country.
After the cyclo tour, the rest of the day is at your leisure.
