Walk in Guanayara Park with waterfalls and coffee plantations
The excursion takes you across the lush Guamuhaya mountains, which are the western part of the Escambray mountain range, to Guanayara Park. The park is known for its lush, magical scenery with waterfalls and natural pools.
The hike starts in the lush coffee plantations and continues down to the beautiful El Rocio waterfall. Along the way, the guide will tell you about the park’s endemic flora and fauna. You’ll continue along the Rio Melodioso river to yet another waterfall that flows into the natural pool, Poza del Venado, where you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing dip.
Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant and is included in the price.
We recommend that you bring swimwear and wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
