Snorkelling trip at Menjangan Island

You will be picked up from the hotel and driven to the north-western corner of Bali. You will visit a small diving shop supplying snorkelling equipment, where you will be kitted out with a mask, snorkel and flippers in your size. You will picked driven to a small beach where a boat is waiting to zip you to the spectacular, world-famous reefs at Menjangan Island. Feel the wind in you hair as you speed across the water, where you may even be lucky to see enough to see turtles along the way. You can also see across to the main Indonesian island Java, which looks as if it’s a mere stone’s throw away.

When you arrive at the reef off Menjangan, the guide will tell you what to do under the water and instruct you on how the mask, snorkel, and flippers work. Before jumping into the water, it’s important to remember to apply sunscreen and possibly wear a UV top, as you will be swimming around on the surface for several hours.

The reef and marine life here at Menjangan are ranked as absolutely world-class by divers and snorkellers alike, so all that remains is for you to jump in. Your guide will show around in the water and point out and tell you about the beautiful, colourful fish and corals.

After a wonderful day, you will be sailed back to Bali in the afternoon and driven back to your hotel.

National park fees, lunch and the rental of snorkelling equipment are included in the price.
