If you really want to spoil yourself, we recommend upgrading to Elephant Bedroom. This is a classic African tent camp at its very best – in the heart of the wilderness yet still luxurious.

The 12 tents are impeccably appointed with soft beds, wooden floors, fabulous rugs in beautiful colours with ample space for the bed, table and armchairs in the tents. Naturally, all tents have their own bathroom with running (hot and cold) water. All tents have their own terrace, where there is a small plunge pool to cool down in on hot days.

The big drawer is the camp’s “lounge”. Sit yourself down in a soft chair, order a cold beer and enjoy the view of the river in front of you. You won’t want to leave! Fortunately, you don’t have far to go to the restaurant – it is located in a neighbouring tent next to the lounge. The food is amazing, and if you’re lucky, lunch will be interrupted by an elephant entering the camp.
