Mara Intrepids Camp
If you’re travelling with your family and would like to stay in the heart of Mara (perhaps during the summer holidays, which is also migration season in the Masai Mara), we recommend an upgrade to Mara Intrepids.
With its 30 tents, the camp is a relatively large camp for this part of the Masai Mara, which also gives the option of different types of tents.
Intrepids is also great for children! They have a well-developed “Adventurers’ Club” offering a host of activities for children, and the camp also has a good pool area. This doesn’t mean that you’re not welcome if you don’t have children with you. The tents are nicely spread out, and there’s room for everyone – and as an extra bonus, the camp is fenced in, allowing you to walk around in the evening.
The tents are classic safari tents with canvas walls and zip-up doors, but with the luxury of proper bathrooms with brick walls and proper doors.
