Full-day safari to Tsavo East
An full-day safari excursion to Kenya’s largest national park, Tsavo East, is an exciting break from your relaxing beach holiday. The national park is especially famous for its red elephants, which, of course, are not red, but which look almost red when the dust from the reddish soil settles on their grey elephant skin. The red elephants aside, the landscapes of Tsavo East are incredibly scenic, and it goes without saying that there are animals other than elephants. You may be lucky enough to see lions, cheetahs, giraffes, antelopes, etc.
You set off early from Mombasa for Tsavo East, and on the way, you stop at a place for breakfast or a cup of coffee. Lunch is enjoyed at a local rustic restaurant in the national park.
You are back in Mombasa late afternoon/early evening and ready for yet another day on the beach!
