Taman Tugu Forest is a lush green oasis, allowing you to experience nature close to the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The forest covers 66 hectares and offers a rich array of wildlife and plant life.
Your guide will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel, and together you’ll head to Taman Tugu Forest.
Upon arrival, you and your guide will set off on an early morning walk along the forest’s well-maintained paths. With a trail of approximately 6 km, the hike can be tailored to individual needs, ensuring a pleasant experience whether you’re a beginner or an experienced hiker. Along the way, you can admire the diverse forest flora, including majestic trees, colourful fungi, and unique plants. If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the long-tailed macaques that reside here.
After the hike, continue to China Town, just a 10-minute walk away. Here, recharge with a special coffee brewed in clay pots over charcoal, accompanied by coconut jam toast and soft-boiled eggs. Enjoy this refreshing and authentic experience against the backdrop of the city’s iconic skyscrapers, bringing a satisfying close to this half-day excursion.
The tour concludes at Petaling Street, and from there, you’ll need to make your own way back to your hotel.
