Oasia Downtown Hotel

Oasia Downtown is one of the more striking buildings you come across in Singapore. The 27-storey hotel with its 314 rooms rises like a green oasis among all the other grey skyscrapers, so you can’t help but notice it.

And it’s not only from the outside that you’ll note its spectacular way of embracing nature in the middle of the big city. On the 27th floor, you’ll find the roof terrace, adorned with 21 different types of creepers and vines, where you have every opportunity to relax on a sun lounger next to one of the two pools. A few floors further down, you’ll find another terrace, which looks like a lush oasis. Bring a good book with you and sit yourself down in their lounge area or dig out your gym wear and work out on the green lawned area while enjoying the fantastic view. You can also make use of their gym, which is open around the clock.

If you’re tired and need a nap, but still want to be able to enjoy the view of the city, worry not! The rooms are located on the high floors, giving you plenty of opportunity to draw back the curtains and wake up to this. All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, an iron and ironing, a minibar and free tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms offer a rain shower, toiletries and a hair dryer.

There are two different eateries at the hotel. One is The Lady Marmalade Pantry, which is a modern bistro, and the other is the Italian OSO Ristorante, which is a treat for your senses with its culinary art. They also have their own bar, Cin Cin, which specialises in gin.

Oasia Downtown is within walking distance of most attractions and close to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, among others. If your legs are tired, you have a metro station a 2-minute walk away from the hotel.
