Hike to the summit of Mount Faber

Experience Singapore’s natural environment at its best on Mount Faber, and discover a side of Singapore that many visitors never get to see.

In the morning, you meet at the waterfront, where you will be greeted by your guide. Here, you will be given a delicious packed breakfast from a local coffee shop, which you can look forward to enjoying in a nearby park at the end of the excursion.

You follow your guide up to the top of Mount Faber, which is reached on foot through lush forest. The route is 3.5 km long, and can be characterised as easy. Along the route, you will cross several modern and impressive walkways, including the Henderson Waves, Southern Ridge and Alexandra Arch, which stand as architectural gems in the otherwise untouched scenery.

Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of the Singapore skyline and Sentosa Island. Your guide will share fascinating tales about the area’s history, and you will gain an insight into the delicate balance between the city’s urban development and nature conservation, of which Mount Faber is an outstanding example.

After an eventful morning filled with beautiful scenery and new impressions, the tour ends in a scenic park that is popular with the locals. Here, you can relax and enjoy your picnic breakfast and tea while savouring the last impressions of the peaceful surroundings.
