Mountain biking in Hermanus
If you need to get moving, we highly recommend a guided mountain bike excursion in the countryside around Hermanus. The valley just outside the town is aptly named Hemel-en-Arde Valley, which translated means the Sky & Earth Valley, and this tells you something about the views you will experience when mountain biking in the area. There are routes of different lengths and ascents, and the route you will take is decided on the day, based on your experience and fitness level.
