Hintok River Camp
Hintok River Camp enjoys one of the most scenic and idyllic locations in Thailand, overlooking the historic River Kwai.
The camp consists of 38 luxurious canvas tents of between 26 and 32 m² which are raised half a metre above ground. All of them have proper beds, a private bathroom with hot water, a hair dryer and toiletries as well as a private veranda from which you can enjoy the silence and the lush surroundings. All tents also have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a dressing table/desk, complimentary bottled mineral water, a fridge and an electric kettle for tea and coffee. After 10 pm, it’s quiet time at the camp – so no loud music, just the sounds of the jungle.
As a guest at Hintok River Camp, you can relax after an eventful day with a Thai massage or in the natural pool, scenically situated by the river.
The camp restaurant is elevated above the ground and offers a beautiful view of the countryside. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and serves a delicious, varied menu, and there is a barbecue in the garden every evening. The bar offers a wide range of drinks, wine, beer and soft drinks.
