If you really want to treat yourself during your stay in Kata, you can choose to upgrade to the lovely 5-star Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. The resort is located on Kata Noi – the “small” beach in Kata – and is the only resort on Kata Noi located right on the long, white sandy beach.

The resort has more than 400 rooms, but it enjoys a beautiful setting and is divided into several sections, which are located in a large tropical garden, so it feels both cosy and very charming. As there are also 6 pools, it’s always easy to find a quiet and shady corner, if that’s what you want.

When hunger strikes, there is also plenty to choose from. The resort has 6 restaurants, which, among other things, offer Thai, Italian and freshly caught seafood.

During the day, the beach – and perhaps also the gym, tennis courts or spa – calls. In the evenings, there is often live music in one of the bars.

The rooms are modernly appointed with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar, a safe, air conditioning, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers. All rooms have a private balcony.
