La Flora Khao Lak

The cosy La Flora Khao Lak Hotel is situated right by the Andaman Sea on the golden Bang Niang Beach. So, you’re never many steps away from the ultimate holiday feeling of just throwing yourself into the waves.

The centre of Khao Lak is within walking distance from the hotel, if you need a cosy coffee shop, want to try different restaurants or simply want to explore the many stalls at the Bang Niang market, which sell all manner of knick-knacks and local snacks. You can also stay at your hotel and enjoy La Flora’s own restaurant and bar, which serves delicious beachside Thai and international dishes as well as cold refreshments and snacks.

The resort consists of 3 hotel wings, each with cosy pool areas. There is also a fantastic infinity pool, where time almost stands still when you rest your head on the edge of the pool to the view of swaying palm trees and the beautiful emerald-green sea. The resort also has a pool area for children offering plenty of opportunity to splash about in the water and have a little go on the water slide.

Inside, there are also activities for children and adults alike. For little ones, there is the kids’ club’s play area with a ball pool and slide, while adults can have fun in the hotel gym. Need a spot of pampering? You can relax at the hotel’s day spa, where massages and various treatments can be booked.

The modern rooms are decorated in light colours with wooden furniture. There is a desk and a small seating area with a sofa and coffee table. All rooms offer air conditioning, a safe, coffee/tea facilities, a TV, a minibar and a small fridge. The bathroom has a hair dryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.

Depending on what room type you choose, it either has a balcony or a small terrace with direct access to one of the wing’s large pools. It’s wonderful to be able to end the day outside in the warm evening breeze – whatever the room.
