Sivalai Beach Resort

Surrounded by tall, swaying coconut palms, Sivalai Beach Resort is stunningly situated at the tip of a long sandbank on the eastern side of Koh Mook. Its unique location gives you direct access to the white sandy beach and the emerald green water on all three sides.

The resort consists of 48 lovely bungalows built in natural materials to blend perfectly into the surroundings. They are all nicely decorated and have their own veranda with sun loungers. All of the bungalows have air conditioning, a bed with a mosquito net, a minibar, a safe, bottled mineral water, tea/coffee making facilities, a TV, a telephone and a bathroom with toiletries, a hair dryer, slippers and bathrobes. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the communal areas.

Parasols and beach chairs are available on the beach, so you can lie and laze in the sun. There are even hammocks here and there, where you can enjoy the sound of the lapping waves while swinging gently from side to side. If you prefer pools, the resort has two of them: one with a jacuzzi and one with a children’s pool.

After a wonderful day in the baking sun, you can book an appointment at the day spa for a nice massage or a relaxing facial. You can also visit the nearby village, which offers souvenir shops, restaurants and shopping facilities.

The resort’s restaurant enjoys a unique view of the sea, and in the evening, tables are laid on the beach, allowing you to sit with your feet in the sand and eat delicious Thai and Chinese dishes in the cosy glow of the torches.
