The Imperial Mae Hong Son Resort
Set in a lush, mountainous valley, just 3 km from the city centre, The Imperial Mae Hong Son Resort offers accommodation in a peaceful setting.
The resort is built in and decorated with beautiful, dark wood and exudes Northern Thai charm.
The Imperial has 104 spacious rooms with views of the natural surroundings. The rooms are furnished with dark wood furniture and traditional Thai elements, and they are fitted with everything you need, including air conditioning, minibar, flat-screen TV and electric kettle, so that you can start the day out on your private balcony with a cup of tea or coffee while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer.
The resort also provides a range of facilities to ensure a complete holiday experience. After a day of exploring, you can take a dip in the large outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by tropical trees and plants, and if you want to keep fit during your tour, the resort also has a small fitness room.
The restaurant, Golden Teak, has a good selection of Northern Thai specialties and international dishes, which can be enjoyed both inside and out, perfect for an evening in beautiful scenery.
