Legend Chiang Rai Boutique River Resort & Spa

Legend Chiang Rai Boutique River Resort & Spa is stunningly situated on the Mae Kok River with beautiful views of the lush countryside and the mountains in the distance. Chiang Rai city centre itself is a few minutes’ drive away, and there is a free shuttle bus to the city’s night market every evening from 6 pm – 9.30 pm.

The resort is built in traditional Lanna style, in fine harmony with the surroundings. The buildings are spread out over the large plot, which consists of shady paths, lotus ponds, flowerbeds and a large lawn with sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the view of the river.

There are 76 rooms of at least 56 m2, all simply and brightly decorated. All rooms have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a bed with a mosquito net, bottled mineral water, a minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, a TV, a telephone and a desk, while in the bathroom, you will find bathrobes, slippers, a hair dryer and toiletries. In the morning, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on your private terrace and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

After a day of adventure, you can take a dip in the infinity pool or have a traditional Thai massage in the Chiang Saen outdoor day spa before dinner.

The resort offers several dining options and a bar. The main restaurant, Sala Rimnam, is located by the river in green surroundings, and its open kitchen offers both Western and Thai dishes. The La Casa Italian Restaurant serves delicious Italian cuisine, while Suan Chainam, located on small terraces in the garden, serves BBQ and tapas as well as cool beers, exotic cocktails and wines.

In reception, you can, among other things, rent a bike and book various activities.
