Your travel details in one place
The TourCompass Travel App is exclusively for guests who have booked a tour with TourCompass. When you book a tour with us, we will provide you with login details for the app. As your departure date gets closer, the app will update with your travel documents, so you can access everything easily while traveling. You can use most features offline, but some need a local mobile network or Wi-Fi.
Login details
You will receive an email with your login information for the travel app approximately 1-3 days after you have booked your tour. The email consists of a user ID and a password. This is all you need to access the app. In case you misplace your login details, you can always contact us, and we will resend them to you.
Download and Access
We highly recommend downloading our travel app to your phone for the best experience. However, if you prefer, you can access the app through a web link in your internet browser, but please remember that an active internet connection is required.
If you have an iPhone, you can find our app on the App Store. If you have an Android device, you can get it on Google Play Store.
