Southernmost Beach Resort
The Caribbean Southernmost Beach Resort is located near the southernmost point of the United States and at one of the only beaches on Key West. From the resort, you are never far from views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. South Beach is easily reached from the resort, and as a guest staying at the resort, you can book one of the sun loungers on the beach. Right here at the water’s edge, you can also enjoy a tasty meal in the Southernmost Beach Café.
From the resort, you are also close to the old part of the city and main attractions such as The Hemingway Home & Museum and Fort Zachary Historic State Park. Get around the city easily on foot or rent a bicycle at the resort and explore the many charming corners of the area. An evening walk to the nearby marina is highly recommended.
The resort’s charming wooden houses are built in Caribbean style with light pastel colours and are lined with palm trees and several green oases that create the ultimate holiday atmosphere. The warm and relaxing atmosphere is also evident in the resort’s 261 rooms, which are furnished with wooden furniture and colourful Caribbean prints in pillows and wall decoration. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, safety box and en-suite bathroom.
The resort has several pool oases to lounge at; the Shores Pool overlooks the ocean, while the Pineapple Pool and Tranquillity Pool are particularly enjoyable on windier days. If you want to add extra self-pampering to your stay, you can book a massage at the resort’s spa. If you want to be active, you can take advantage of the resort’s fitness centre or sign up for one of the daily fitness classes (to be booked at the resort).
Southernmost Beach Resort has several eating and drinking options. All meals of the day can be enjoyed with a sea view from the beach café, and if you fancy small light meals and snacks during the day, you can order in one of the two pool bars.
