Guided walk of Brooklyn Bridge and the DUMBO neighbourhood
Join this walk and discover the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and the trendy DUMBO neighbourhood. DUMBO is short for ‘Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass’ and is located in the area between Manhattan Bridge and Brooklyn Bridge. On this exciting walk, you will learn about the history of the bridges while taking in the stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.
From the starting point, you and your group will be accompanied by your guide across Brooklyn Bridge, while your guide tells you about the fascinating history of the bridge and with the fantastic views of Manhattan as a backdrop. On the other side of the bridge, you will reach the DUMBO area, where you can experience the waterfront and see the Brooklyn Bridge from a new angle. The DUMBO area is known for its promenade along East River as well as its charming atmosphere with lots of designers, artists, specialty stores and great eateries. Finally, the walk reaches Brooklyn Bridge Park, after which you can continue exploring the area on your own.
