Cycling tour – rural Hué
Today, you will experience rural Hué from a bike saddle. You will be picked up at your hotel in the morning. Your guide brings the bicycles, and, after instruction and adjustment of the bicycles, you will head out into the countryside at a relaxing pace. On the trip, you will pass emerald green fields and countless water buffaloes until you arrive at the Thanh Toan Bridge.
The beautiful wooden bridge was built in the 18th Century and has really stood the test of time. Do as the locals, who enjoy simply sitting in the beautiful surroundings and watching life pass by.
The biking trip then heads towards a local museum for an insight into the history of the region and the Tu Hieu Temple. Upon arrival at Tu Hieu Temple, you can hear the monks go to mass.
After some exploration of the temple grounds, a tasty lunch awaits you at an acclaimed vegetarian restaurant where you can enjoy specialties of Hué.
After an exciting morning and a delicious lunch, you cycle back to your hotel.
