Experience local life in Ho Chi Minh City’s China town
On a guided tour, you will discover the dynamic Cho Lon district, which is home to Chinese culture in Ho Chi Minh City. You will visit the iconic Binh Tay market, giving you an insight into the everyday lives of the local Vietnamese who sell fruit and vegetables at the market.
You will visit a local coffee bar and taste the traditional coffee, caphe sua da, which consists of strong black coffee, condensed milk and ice cubes. This drink is considered one of the most delicious cups of coffee in all of Asia.
As a passenger on a traditional three-wheeled rickshaw taxi, you will explore the back alleys of the district and pass small shops selling everything from motorcycle parts to religious antiques.
You will visit the historic Cha Tam church, a traditional Chinese pharmacy and last but not least the Minh Huong Communal House, where one of the oldest Chinese communities in the Cho Lon district is located.
The tour ends with a 3-course lunch.
