Hué Cooking Class (morning)
On this half-day course, your culinary talents will be challenged with dishes from the Vietnamese kitchen in Hué.
You start the day by meeting a local chef, who guides you to the local market. Here you will be instructed on how to buy the ingredients that will be used for today’s dishes. The chef also tells you a little about the dishes you are to try to prepare, and some general information about the history of Vietnamese cuisine.
Afterwards, you will begin cooking. You learn to make dishes including fried spring rolls, rice cakes, banana flower salad and grilled beef.
You conclude the course with a lunch, which of course consists of the delectable dishes you yourself have prepared.
